Designed to be taken by Cellists who have been playing for a few terms, the Cello Prep Test has pieces and tunes, listening games and information about the test.

Included are the skills that students will be developing at this stage, such as a sense of rhythm and pitch, accuracy, controlled and even playing, and quality of tone.

The Prep test gives students an introduction to the ABRSM exam experience, with something to aim for and a certificate on the day.
